Welcome to Southwest Petsitting! After a successful career in higher education and corporate business, I chose to focus entirely on my true passion: providing reliable, high-quality care for local family pets.
I bring a lifetime of experience as a dog, cat, and horse owner, backed by professional field experience dating back to 2011. I officially founded Southwest Petsitting in 2023 to offer an independent, trusted alternative to large agencies. For the past 18 years, I’ve also been a dedicated advocate for retired racing greyhounds, and my husband and I are proudly managed by our own retired racer at home!
To give your family the highest standard of care, I earned my designation as a CPPS-Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International. This advanced credential verifies my training in animal behavior, health, and field safety protocols. Whether your pet is an energetic pup, a quiet kitty, or a rescue with sensitive or anxious tendencies, I specialize in providing the patient, one-on-one attention they deserve.
