🗺️ Extended Service Area Requests

While we focus primarily on our core neighborhoods, visits outside our standard service area are sometimes possible depending on our active daily routing. These custom out-of-area visits will include an extended travel fee of +$10 per visit to cover time and mileage. 

  Our Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment Requirement: Payment is due in full the day before your scheduled services begin.
• Cancellation Policy: Because payment is due the day before your schedule starts, any cancellations made after this deadline—or once services have officially commenced—are fully non-refundable and due in full. This ensures our dedicated time slots remain secured for your household.We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee.
